When you give your child(ren) an after school snack what's the first thing you grab?  Chips, cookies, some other form of "junk" food?  Why not opt for a Yogurt?  I really think that yogurt is a great source of nutrition, I never ate it much growing up because my mother did not like it but I sure love it.  I will eat it by the tub full.

I have been challenged to give my children one Yoplait yogurt every Thursday for one month instead of a less nutritious snack.  My Snack Swap has been very fun as my children love yogurt and it was very easy for them to enjoy some healthier alternatives.  I don't usually buy junk food, so we swapped out some Goldfish for the Yogurt.

We loved the Yoplait original yogurt, strawberry is a favorite but Vanilla is also a favorite.  Peach is also a welcome addition to the snack lineup.  The kids really enjoy having yogurt in their diet, I really like it because it's healthy and gets them some extra dairy.
