Christmas Carols: White Christmas

I want to share some Christmas Carols with you for the month of December.  The first one I plan to share with you, for December 1st, is White Christmas.  I don't know about you but I recall growing up to a Gramma who would always say "when I was your age I walked to school in 10 feet of snow, up hill" they always threw that "up hill" in there didn't they?  My Gramma is an amazing woman and my mother is the same, I heard about those treks through the snow that my mother did as well.  Funny thing is, when I was my children's age... yep, I get to use it now too... we actually had snow.  It would snow from November until April.  None of this stuff we have now, snows one day then melts for the next couple of weeks, snows the day AFTER Christmas and then a few times in January.  Come on, what is that, I want snow, a nice blanket of the white stuff.  A white yard for the whole season, is that really too much to ask?
One year my daughter, she was 4 (I think), told me that "God made a mistake" because it was snowing on December 26th.  We had absolutely no snow for Christmas but sure enough Boxing Day was a blizzard.  Which has become the norm nowadays.  We don't get White Christmas' and I want one... Please take a moment to SING as you read the following Christmas Carol, Maybe it will be like a rain dance and it will actually snow.
Have a great day everyone.  See you tomorrow for the next Carol.

White Christmas

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas
Just like the ones I used to know
Where the treetops glisten
And children listen
To hear sleigh bells in the snow

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas
With every Christmas card I write
May your days be merry and bright
And may all your Christmases be white

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas
With every Christmas card I write
May your days be merry and bright
And may all your Christmases be white
