I was given the opportunity to read The Peaceful Housewife's Natural Household Cleaners e-book and at the time I didn't realize that it was a recipe book, but it's not just any recipe book. It's a great book that instructs you how to make things you use every day that are better for you and the ones you love. Very straight forward and easy to read, and likely easy to make. As it is 1:47 in the morning I don't want to wake my husband or children, but I am very eager to try so many of these recipes. As a mother of four finding natural household cleaners is very important to me, not only for the environment as a whole, but for the health and safety of my children, and husband too. I never would have thought of making some of the things in this book and I am so excited to have the chance to try them. I would love to see how well they work. Not only is this better on the environment but it's better for my pocket book too and even more important than that, it's better for my family.
How many of us aren't looking for ways to save money? I don't know about you but we are always looking for things to do at home to help the budget a little bit, whether it's planting some vegetable seeds at the beginning of the season or using clothe diapers. In one way or another we are all looking for easy, natural, cheaper ways of doing things. I will be posting a follow up review on many of the items in this book. I may not try them all but over the course of the next week or so I will be trying out a great many of them. Please stay tuned for those.
