When Noah (Hill), the suburban slacker, is watching the neighbor’s kid he gets a booty call from his girlfriend in the city. To hook up with her, Noah takes to the streets, but his urban adventure spins out of control as he finds himself on the run from the maniacal drug lord. MY REVIEW:
WOW!!! And not in a good way. I love Jonah Hill, I think he is hilarious and I was really excited to watch this movie with my husband. We always watch movies alone so we can decide if our oldest can watch it yet, and this movie is definitely not one for the kiddies. I couldn't believe the swearing, it was unreal, even the kids in the movie, you could not pay me enough to let my children go on a movie and say any vulgar, swear word. No way in #3!! I would like to say one thing, if you could take the swearing out of the movie it wouldn't have been too bad, there is some drug images in the movie so that's not great either. But I like the story at the heart of the movie, Jonah or Noah as his movie name is, thinks he's in love with this girl who's using him for sexual favors and then a drug run, but in the end he wakes up and finds out that the one who likes him is right there just waiting to be noticed. It is a cute movie once you take all the swearing out. Note to self, don't let Jonah Hill babysit my children! LOL
I give this 3 out of 4 thumbs up!!!
